Is the Upmesh system only for Facebook Live?
No, the Upmesh system can be seamlessly used for these 3 sales channels: Facebook Live, offline Facebook Post, and an online Website Catalogue.

Is there any device requirement when using Upmesh? Can I use the system on mobile?
We recommend using a laptop for the wider screen size, other than that there are no minimum device requirements because Upmesh sits on the internet.
What payment methods are available with the payment gateway?
We support Visa, Mastercard, Paynow, Paylah, Google Pay (via Paynow), Grabpay, and more coming soon.
How many products can I add in the dashboard?
For users registering for our STARTER and GROWTH plans, you can add as many products as you want.
How many admins can access the dashboard?
The Facebook business owner/ page owner has to access via Facebook login but, additional sub-admin accounts for employees can be created free of charge via email to allow them to access the dashboard securely. You can customize the level of access these sub-admin accounts have.
Can I offer discounts/promotions to my buyers?
Yes, you are able to issue promo codes and buyer credits.
Do you have any loyalty/VIP membership programmes?
Yes, you can create different membership tiers with different rewards to reward your loyal buyers.
Can I export my sales data and reports from the system?
Yes, you are able to view your sales data and export the detailed reports from the dashboard anytime.
Can I link more than one (1) Facebook page to my dashboard?
You may add as many Facebook pages as you want if the inventory use is shared and you are okay to have your invoices be represented by the same company title and logo.
What if I want to have two separate pages selling different inventory?
You will have to pay for two separate Upmesh accounts
Which plan should I choose? What are the main differences between the starter and growth plan?
The STARTER plan is really for those who are looking for something basic to help with managing administrative work during your Facebook Live. The GROWTH plan offers all the same features as the STARTER plan with the addition of a payment gateway for easy collection and automatic verification of payments as well as exclusive access to any new beta features.
Will I get product training and after-sales support?
Not only will you get a full hands-on training session to use the product, but you may also request re-training and advice on how to use the product to its full potential at any time. On a case-by-case basis, we can also help to train your new employees and personnel. Will Upmesh have access to my Facebook page data?
Upmesh requests a very limited set of permissions to operate on behalf of the Page Owner, mostly related to collecting and processing comments, as well as some limited access to the Facebook Messenger system. We cannot log in and make changes to your account on your behalf and do not have access to your passwords, personal data, or anything that we do not need to operate Upmesh. You can also opt-out of allowing Upmesh access to your account at any time via Facebook.
Will it affect my Facebook page and stream?
How safe is Upmesh? Will it hack my account?
Upmesh is secured with extensive firewalls as well as strict access control, not everyone, including the senior managers, has access to the data. We are also 100% compliant with Singapore's Personal Data and Privacy Protection laws and governed by the laws of the countries that we are in.

What happens when I have more than 1000 checkouts a month?
You will be charged RM50/month for the SUPERSCALE plan.
How will I be eligible for the free GROWTH package?
Until when is the promo valid?
As long as you sign up to use our system between 1st Nov 2021 - 30th Dec 2021 and record 50 orders in 14 days, you will be eligible to use the UPMESH system for free for at least a year.
